Anti cd45 ko

Manufactured by Beckman Coulter

Anti-CD45-KO is a laboratory reagent that can be used to detect and identify cells expressing the CD45 antigen. It is a monoclonal antibody conjugated with a fluorescent dye, allowing for flow cytometric analysis of CD45-positive cells. The core function of this product is to provide a tool for researchers to investigate cell surface expression of the CD45 marker.

PBMC were stained using the appropriate cocktail of antibodies, as described [14 (link)]: anti-CD45-KO (J33), anti-CD3-ECD (UCHT1), anti-CD56-PC7 (N901), anti-NKG2A-APC (Z199), anti-CD57-PB (NC1), anti-NKp44-PE (Z231), anti-CD16-PB (3G8), anti-ILT-2-PE (HP-F1), from Beckman coulter; anti-KIR2DL2/3-FITC (CH-L), anti-CD69-APC-Cy7 (FN50), anti-CD161-FITC (DX12), anti-HLA-DR-Alexa Fluor 700 (G46-6) from Becton Dickinson; anti-NKp30-APC (AF29-4D12) from Miltenyi Biotec; anti-NKG2C-PE (134591) from R&D Systems. Isotype-matched immunoglobulins served as negative controls. Cells were gated on the CD45+ lymphocytes gate. At least 20,000 CD45+ cells were analyzed on a Gallios cytometer (Beckman coulter). Flow cytometry data was analyzed using FlowJo software version 9.

Isolated PBMCs from three different donors were characterized using a CytoDiff flow cytometric system (Navios). Brifely, PBMCs were kept in PBS with 0.1% HSA and differential count of leukocytes was performed after staining with the following antibodies (all from BeckmanCoulter): anti-CD2-APC-AF750 (#B01681), anti-CD14-FITC (#B36297), anti-CD16-PC7 (#6,607,118), anti-CD19-PC5.5 (#B49211), anti-CD34-ECD (#B49202), anti-CD45-KO (#B36294), anti-CD6-PC7 (#A21692), and anti-CD294-PE (#A07413).

About PubCompare

Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.

We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.

However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
