We obtained fluorescence secondary antibodies from Abcam: Donkey anti-rabbit IgG (Alexa Fluor® 555, ab150074; Alexa Fluor® 488, ab150073), donkey anti-mouse IgG (Alexa Fluor® 488, ab150105; Alexa Fluor® 555, ab150110). We obtained MitoTracker Red (M7512), and MitoTracker Green (M7514) from ThermoFisher Scientific, and LysoTracker Red (C1046) from Beyotime. The sequences of small interfering RNA (siRNA) were as follows: BNIP3 siRNA 5′- CGUUCCAGCCUCGGUUUCUAUUUAU-3′.
