Mouse anti cxcr4 primary antibody

Manufactured by Santa Cruz Biotechnology

The Mouse anti-CXCR4 primary antibody is a laboratory tool designed for the detection and study of the CXCR4 protein, which is a chemokine receptor involved in various cellular processes. This antibody is specific to the CXCR4 protein and can be used in techniques such as Western blotting, immunoprecipitation, and flow cytometry to identify and quantify the presence of CXCR4 in biological samples.

CXCR4 Expression Analysis by Flow Cytometry

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
CXCR4 expression was analyzed by flow cytometry as previously described [23 (link)]. Breifly, the CXCR4 protein was labeled by mouse anti-CXCR4 primary antibody (Santa Cruz Biotech, TX) in 1:20 dilution to a 200 μL final volume of cells (1 × 105 cells/mL). Antibodies used for flow cytometry included anti-mouse-FITC (BD Biosciences, San Jose, CA), and the samples were latter analyzed using a FACS Calibur/LSRII flow cytometer (Becton-Dickinson, Franklin Lakes, NJ). Data were analyzed using BD FACSDiva software. Gates were set according to isotype controls.

Cell Surface Receptor Labeling

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
Cells were detached using PBS containing 10 mM EDTA and labeled with mouse anti-CXCR4 primary antibody (#4G10, Santa Cruz Biotechnology, Santa Cruz, CA), mouse anti-HRH1 monoclonal antibody provided by Dr. Hosun Son (GPCR Therapeutics, Seoul, Korea), or rabbit anti-HA monoclonal antibody (#3724, Cell Signaling Technology). An APC-conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG antibody (R&D Systems, Abingdon, UK) was used to label CXCR4 and HRH1, and goat anti-rabbit IgG-Alexa Fluor 488 antibody (#A32731, Invitrogen) was used to label HA tag. Cells were analyzed with a FACS Canto II (BD Biosciences, San Jose, CA).

CXCR4 Expression Analysis in MCF-7 Cells

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
CXCR4 expression was analyzed by flow cytometry. The CXCR4 was labeled by mouse anti-CXCR4 primary antibody (Santa Cruz Biotech, TX) in 1:20 dilution to a 200 μL final volume of MCF-7 cells (1 × 106 cells/mL).

About PubCompare

Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.

We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.

However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
