To make 3D EM model of the beagle, the three-dimension (3D) magnetization-prepared rapid gradient-echo (MP-RAGE) images of the beagle, under sedation with Telazol (5 mg/kg i.m.) and xylazine (2 mg/kg i.m.), were acquired using a Siemens 3.0 T Magnetom Prisma system with a 32-channel head coil. The following exam parameters were used: a repetition time of 2300 ms with an echo time of 3.4 ms, a slice thickness of 0.5 mm without slice interval, the flip angle of 8°, the field of view (FOV) of 150 mm, and slice number per slab of 224.

Comprehensive 3T MRI Imaging Protocol

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
MRI was obtained on a 3.0T MAGNETOM PRISMA system (Siemens) using a 20-channel phased array coil. For conventional MRI scans, the parameters for T1-weighted imaging were TR/TE = 410 ms/13 ms, respectively, and field of view (FOV) = 22 cm × 22 cm, the parameters for T2-weighted imaging were TR/TE = 3400 ms/100 ms, respectively, and FOV = 22 × 22 cm, and the parameters for T2-fluid-attenuated inversion recovery imaging were TR/TE = 12,000 ms/130 ms, respectively, and FOV = 22 × 22 cm. Additional MRI sequences included three-dimensional T1 magnetization-prepared rapid gradient echo (TR = 2,300 ms, TE = 2.4 ms, inversion time = 991 ms, bandwidth = 200 Hz, number of averages = 1, matrix size = 154 × 256, coronal section thickness = 1.2 mm, flip angle = 8°, acquisition time = 3:23 min).

All Functional MRI (fMRI) data were collected on a research‐dedicated Siemens 3.0 T Magnetom Prisma system (Siemens Medical Solutions, Erlangen, Germany) with an iPAT compatible 20‐channel head coil. Blood Oxygenation Level Dependent (BOLD) sensitized fMRI data with TR = 1,230 ms, TE = 33 ms, voxel resolution = 2.4 mm3, FA = 63°, with a multiband factor of four for both resting state functional connectivity MRI (3 runs each 10 min) and HW task BOLD (1 run, 3.5 min) were acquired for all subjects in Data set 1.

About PubCompare

Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.

We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.

However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
