Western Blot Protein Analysis Protocol

Using BCA protein assay (Sigma Aldrich), equal amounts of proteins were denatured with 1X protein loading buffer (ThermoFisher Scientific) at 100°C for 10 minutes. The antibody against Bap31 was kindly provided by Dr Gordon Shore. Antibody binding was detected by enhanced chemiluminescence (Thermo Sientific) and visualised on film.
