Cytotoxicity Evaluation of Hexaconazole and Dazomet

Dimethyl sulfoxide, osmium tetroxide, and phosphate-buffered (PBS) saline were procured from Merck (Darmstadt, Germany). Propidium iodide staining solution, annexin V binding buffer and FITC-Annexin V apoptosis staining/detection kit were bought from BD Bioscience (San Jose, CA, USA). Copper grids (3 mm, 200 mesh) were acquired from Agar Scientific (Essex, UK).
