FastDigest DraI is a restriction enzyme that recognizes and cleaves the DNA sequence 5'-TTTAAA-3' and its reverse complement. It is a fast-acting enzyme that can perform complete digestion in 5-15 minutes, making it suitable for time-sensitive applications.
