Rabbit caspase 3 elisa kit
The Rabbit Caspase 3 ELISA Kit is a quantitative test kit designed to measure the levels of Caspase 3 in rabbit samples. Caspase 3 is a key enzyme involved in the apoptosis (programmed cell death) pathway. The kit utilizes the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) technique to detect and quantify Caspase 3 concentrations.

Measuring Apoptosis Markers in Tissue
Lung Tissue Biochemical Evaluation
For cytokine evaluation, ELISA kits for Rabbit IL-1β and IL-6 (USCN Life Science, Wuhan, China) were used according to the manufacturer's instructions. Data were expressed as pg/ml of homogenate.
Apoptotic markers were evaluated by p38 MAPK alpha ELISA Kit (Abcam, Cambridge, UK) and Rabbit Caspase 3 ELISA Kit (Cusabio, Wuhan, China) according to the manufacturer's instructions. Data were expressed as ng/ml of homogenate.
For evaluation of oxidative markers, OxiSelect TBARS Assay Kit (Cell Biolabs Inc., San Diego, USA) was used for malondyaldehyde/thiobarbituric reactive substances (TBARS; product of lipid peroxidation). Data were expressed as μmol/ml of homogenate. Total antioxidant capacity (TAC) was assessed using TAC assay (Abcam, Cambridge, UK) and data were expressed as Trolox equivalent per ml of homogenate.
About PubCompare
Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.
We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.
However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
