Cd73 v450

Manufactured by BD
Sourced in United States

The CD73-V450 is a laboratory equipment product. It is used for the detection and analysis of CD73, which is a cell surface enzyme involved in the production of adenosine. The product utilizes a V450 fluorescent dye to label CD73 for visualization and quantification purposes.

Characterizing Synovial MSC Phenotype

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
Surface marker expression was analyzed by FACS Verse (BD) in synovial MSCs from four donors at passage 2. The cells before and 48 h after preservation were suspended in Hank’s balanced salt solution (HBSS) at a density of 5 × 105 cells/mL and stained for 30 min on ice with the antibodies CD44-PE-Cy7, CD73-V450, CD90-PE, CD105-APC, CD34-PE-Cy5, CD45-APC-H7, and CD31-FITC (all from BD), and Ghost Dye Violet 510 for dead cells (Tonbo Biosciences, CA, USA). These data were also analyzed using FlowJo software.

Characterization of Human Synovial MSCs

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
Human synovial MSCs were detached with trypsin and suspended in PBS containing 2% FBS and 5 mM EDTA. The MSCs were then stained for 30 min at 4 °C with CD44-APCH7, CD73-V450, CD90-PE-Cy7, CD105-APC, CD34-PE, and CD45-PerCP-Cy5.5 antibodies (1:200; BD Biosciences), using Ghost Dye Violet (1:1000; Tonbo Biosciences, San Diego, CA, USA) to remove dead cells. Isotype controls were prepared as negative controls. The percentage of antigen-positive cells was evaluated using a FACSVerse II system (BD Biosciences).

About PubCompare

Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.

We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.

However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
