persulfate (K2S2O8, purity 98%) was
purchased from Showa. NiSO4·7H2O (purity
98%) and aqueous ammonia (NH3(aq), 25–28 wt %) were
bought from Acros and Sigma-Aldrich, respectively. High-purity perovskite
precursors including lead iodide (PbI2, purity 99.9985%),
lead bromide (PbBr2, purity 99.99%), and methylammonium
bromide (MABr, purity 99.5%) were purchased from Luminescence Technology
Corp., Taiwan. Formamidinium iodide (FAI, purity 98%) was bought from
STAREK Scientific Co., Ltd. Cesium iodide (CsI, purity 99.9%) was
bought from Alfa Aesar. PC61BM (purity 99%) was purchased
from Solenne B.V., the Netherlands. Other chemicals and solvents were
purchased from Alfa Aesar or Acros and used without further purification.

Cesium chloride (CsCl, 99.99%), lead iodide (PbI2, 99.9985%),
cesium iodide (CsI, 99.9%), nickel(II) nitrate (99.9985%), ethylenediamine
(99%), ethylene glycol (99%), and bathocuproin (BCP, 99.7%) were purchased
from Alfa Aesar. Methylammonium chloride (MACl, 99%) was purchased
from Thermo Scientific. Formamidinium iodide (FAI, >99.5%) was
purchased
from Lumtec. Butane-1,4-diammonium iodide (BDAI2, 98%),
dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO, 99.5%), N,N-dimethylformamide (DMF, 99.5%), and fullerene (C60, 99.95%)
were purchased from Uni-Onward.
