Anti-FMRP antibodies used in this study include IgY#C10 (Dury et al., 2013 (link)) and the hybridoma supernatants from mAb1C3 (Devys et al. 1993 (link)). Anti-m6A antibody was obtained from Synaptic Systems (Germany). Anti-α-tubulin and anti-GFP are from Abcam, anti-RPA was purchased from Calbiochem, anti-γH2AX and anti-H2AX from Millipore-Sigma, anti-FANCD2 from GeneTex or Novus Biologicals. BLM (Novus Biologicals) and S9.6 antibodies were kindly provided by J-Y. Masson (Laval University). Anti-PICH antibodies were provided by S. Elowe (Laval University) or purchased from Abcam. Anti-H2A, -H3, and -H4 antibodies were from Abcam.

About PubCompare

Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.

We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.

However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
