Western Blot Analysis of EMT Markers

Cells were grown to ~80–90% confluence prior to harvest and lysis. Western blot analysis on whole cell lysates was performed as described previously [36 (link)]. Nuclear extracts for detection of transcription factors were prepared as previously described [37 (link)]; 25 μg of protein were prepared for each samples.
