Cd3 fitc cd8 pe cd4 apc

Manufactured by BD
Sourced in United States

The CD3-FITC/CD8-PE/CD4-APC is a multi-color flow cytometry reagent that simultaneously detects the expression of CD3, CD8, and CD4 on cells. This reagent allows for the identification and quantification of T cell subsets.

Peripheral Blood T Lymphocyte Subsets

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
Blood was collected from the patients prior to treatment for BC. Flow cytometry was used to determine T lymphocyte subset ratios in peripheral blood (21 (link)). For the detection of peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets, the following antibodies were used: CD3-FITC/CD8-PE/CD4-APC (all from Becton-Dickinson). Cytofluorimetric analysis was performed with CytomicsTM FC500 (Beckman Coulter). CXP Cytometer and FlowJo Software (Tree Star Inc.) were used to analyze flow cytometry data. T lymphocyte subsets were identified as follows: CD3+ T cells, CD4+ T cells, and CD8+ T cells.

About PubCompare

Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.

We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.

However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
