Cashmere Wool Modification Protocol

(Waltham, MA); Nrf2 (pSer40) was from GeneTex, Inc. (Irvine, CA); Caspase-3 and protein kinase Cα (PKCα) from BD Biosciences (San Jose, CA). Horseradish peroxidase (HRP)-conjugated goat anti-mouse and -rabbit IgG were from Abcam.
