Multiplex Cytokine Profiling

Circulating cytokines were measured using 100μl of plasma and a MILLIPLEX MAP Mouse Cytokine/Chemokine Magnetic Bead Panel (MCYTMAG-70K-PX32, Millipore) that measures 32 cytokines/chemokines from limited samples.
