Electrophoresis of protein samples was performed in 10% SDS-polyacrylamide gels transferred onto a PVDF membrane. The membranes were blocked with 5% nonfat milk in Tris-buffered saline solution (TBS, 150 mM NaCl, 20 mM Tris-HCl, pH = 7.4) and incubated with primary antibodies in TBS, 0.05% Tween 20, overnight at 4 °C.
