Western Blot Analysis of Chromatin Remodelers

Cells were lysed in RIPA buffer (50 mM Tris-HCl, pH 7.4, 150 mM NaCl, 0.25 % deoxycholic acid, 1 % NP-40, 1 mM EDTA) containing protease inhibitors (Roche, 4693159001) and phosphatase inhibitors (EMD Millipore, 524625). Protein concentrations were determined by Bradford assay (Bio-Rad, 500-0006) and western blots were performed using 20-40 ug of protein.
