Nuclease treated rabbit reticulocyte lysate system

Manufactured by Promega
Sourced in United States

The Nuclease-treated rabbit reticulocyte lysate system is a laboratory tool designed to facilitate the in vitro translation of mRNA. It provides the necessary cellular components required for protein synthesis, including ribosomes, tRNAs, and translation factors. The system has been treated with micrococcal nuclease to remove endogenous mRNA, allowing for the controlled expression of exogenously added mRNA.

The chemicals for chromatography were previously reported [39 (link),48 (link),49 (link)]. Single-stranded salmon sperm DNA was obtained from Sigma-Aldrich (St. Louis, MO, USA). Quinoin from the seeds of C. quinoa and PD-L4 from the leaves of P. dioica were isolated as previously reported [34 (link),39 (link)]. The nuclease-treated rabbit reticulocyte lysate system was purchased from Promega (Madison, WI, USA).
The medium and the other chemicals were from Sigma Chemical Co. (St. Louis, MO, USA). The RPMI 1640 medium, fetal bovine serum (FBS), penicillin, streptomycin and trypsin were purchased from GIBCO BRL (Barcelona, Spain). The Z-VAD-fmk (pan-caspase inhibitor carbobenzoxy-valyl-alanyl-aspartyl-[O-methyl]-fluoromethylketone) named Z-VAD was purchased from R&D Systems (Abingdon, UK).

About PubCompare

Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.

We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.

However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
