Anti cd49f apc

Manufactured by Thermo Fisher Scientific

Anti-CD49f-APC is a fluorescently-labeled antibody that binds to the CD49f antigen. CD49f is a cell surface protein that is expressed on various cell types, including stem cells and certain cancer cells. The Anti-CD49f-APC antibody can be used to detect and analyze cells expressing CD49f in flow cytometry applications.

Characterizing OC Stem Cell Markers

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
Primary isolated OC were cultured in vitro and passaged for about 6-8 times. The OCs were harvested and then incubated with anti-EpCAM-APC, anti-Sca-1-PE, anti-CD44-PE, anti-CD49f-APC, anti-CD45-APC, anti-CD34-PE, anti-c-kit-FITC, anti-α6 integrin-APC, anti-β1 integrin-PercpCy5.5, anti-β4 integrin-PercpCy5.5 (all from ebioscience, San Diego, CA) at 4°C for 30 mins, after that, cells were fixed with 1% paraformaldehyde and analyzed by a BD Calibur (Becton, Dickinson and Company, New Jersey) and Flowjo software (Tree Star, San Carlos, CA).

Immunophenotyping Mammary Progenitor Cells

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
Anti-CD21-PE antibody (HB5, eBioscience) was used for CD21 detection. Anti-CD24-PE and anti CD44-APC antibodies (eBioscience) were used to detect progenitor cells. Anti-CD49f–APC (eBioscience) and anti-EpCAM-FITC (Biolegend) antibody were used for detection of mammary epithelial lineage. Isotype matched antibodies were used as negative controls. Flow cytometry was performed on a LSRII cytometer (BD Biosciences) and data were analyzed with FlowJo.

About PubCompare

Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.

We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.

However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
