Western Blot Analysis of MARCH8 Protein

For immunoblot assays, 293T cells were transfected with various MARCH8 expression plasmids using FuGENE6 transfection reagent (Promega, Madison, WI, USA). Following transfection, cells were lysed and subjected to gel electrophoresis. SuperSignal West Dura and the Pico system (Thermo Fisher Scientific) were used to detect signals. The intensity of each band was measured by ImageJ software (version 1.47v; National Institutes of Health, Bethesda, MD, USA) and normalized to the level of either β-actin or α-tubulin.
