After blocking in 5% non-fat milk and incubation with primary antibodies against FDX1 (1:1000, Abcam, USA), Lip-DLAT (1:1000, Abcam, USA), lip-DLST (1:1000, Abcam, USA), DLAT (1:1000, Abcam, USA), DLST (1:1000, Abcam, USA), or β-actin (1:1000, Abcam, USA) at 4 °C overnight, the blots were hatched with Goat anti-Mouse or anti-Rabbit IgG secondary antibody (1:1000, Abcam, USA). After reaction with ECL reagent, the blots were visualized under a gel imaging system.
