Protein Pattern Generation via FN and BSA

Formulation and Characterization of Imeglimin

Polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) with an average molecular weight of ~1,300,000, ethanol (≥99.5%, HPLC grade), methanol (HPLC grade), acetonitrile (HPLC grade), and phosphate buffer saline tablets (PBS; pH 7) were supplemented from Sigma-Aldrich (St. Louis, MO, USA), while triethanolamine was purchased from Loba Chemie (Mumbai, India). Imeglimin hydrochloride (CAS No. 775351-61-6) was bought from Med Chem Express (Monmouth Junction, NJ, USA). Imeglimin (purity: 99.98%) has a molecular weight of 191.66 and a water and DMSO solubility of ≥50 mg/mL and 25 mg/mL, respectively [29 ]. The chemical structure of this drug is shown in the Supplementary Materials Section—Figure S1. Distilled water was generated through Milli Q, Millipore (Billerica, MA, USA).
