Analytical Protocols for Triazole Fungicides

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
Four triazole herbicides (myclobutanil (C15H17ClN4), triadimefon (C14H16ClN3O2), tebuconazole (C16H22ClN3O), and hexaconazole (C14H17Cl2N3O)) from Dr. Ehrenstorfer GmbH (Augsburg, Germany) were used. The stock solution of each fungicide (1000 mg L−1) was prepared using methanol and used for further dilutions with water. Potassium hexafluorophosphate (KPF6) (Sigma-Aldrich, Beijing, China) and tributyldodecylphosphonium bromide ([P44412]Br) (Sigma-Aldrich, Schaffhausen, Switzerland) were used. Methanol and acetonitrile (HPLC-grade) were obtained from Merck (Darmstadt, Germany). Deionized water with a resistivity of 18.2 MΩ·cm was obtained from a Type 1 Simplicity® ultrapure water system (Merck, Darmstadt, Germany). All solutions were filtered through a 0.45 μm filter before being injected into the HPLC system. All chemicals and reagents mentioned above were of analytical grade.

Triazole Pesticide Analysis in Popping Candies

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
All chemicals used were at least of analytical grade. Triazole standards including myclobutanil (MCBT), triadimefon (TDF), tebuconazole (TBZ), and hexaconazole (HCZ), were purchased from Dr Ehren-storfer GmbH (Germany). The stock standard solution of each triazole (1000 mg L−1) were prepared by dissolving an appropriate amount in Methanol and stored in a refrigerator at 4 °C. Methanol and acetonitrile of HPLC-grade were obtained from Merck (Darmstadt, Germany). 1-Dodecanol (Sigma-Aldrich, Germany) and tributyldodecylphosphonium bromide (P44412Br) (Sigma-Aldrich, Switzerland) were used. Popping candies were obtained from local markets in Maha Sarakham, (Thailand). Type I deionized water (18.2 MΩ cm) used throughout this work was prepared using a RiOs simplicity 185 water purification system (Millipore, USA). Before subjecting to the HPLC system, all reagents were filtered through a 0.45 μm membrane filter.

About PubCompare

Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.

We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.

However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
