Protein Extraction and Western Blot

Whole cell-extracts were prepared from previously cryopreserved samples in NP-40 lysis buffer supplemented with protease inhibitors. Blots were blocked with 5% BSA in TBS with .1% Tween 20 for 1 hour at room temperature and probed with primary anti-LNK (H-129, Santa Cruz) and secondary HRP-conjugated antibody (GE Healthcare) for 1 hour each.
