Antioxidant Properties of Krill Extract

Myoglobin, tri -tyrosine, di-L-phenylalanine, and L-phenylalanyl-L-alanine dihydrate were purchased from Sigma-Aldrich (Tokyo, Japan). Glucose oxidase was purchased from Nacalai Tesque (Kyoto, Japan). Other reagents were of analytical grade.
