Quantifying IL-6 and TNF-α in Intestine Tissue

Basically, the operation includes: Sample adding, enzyme adding, incubation, working solution preparing, washing, dyeing, terminating, and detecting. Serum and Tissue GABA and Inflammation Biomarker Assay

For measurement in the serum, blood was withdrawn from the mouse facial vein at indicated time points in the study, left undisturbed at 4 °C for 4 h to clot, and centrifuged at 1000 g for 10 min.
