Multiparametric Flow Cytometry Analysis

Freshly collected whole blood was labeled at room temperature for 15 minutes with the following fluorescence‐conjugated mAbs: BD Multitest CD3 FITC/CD8 PE/CD45 PerCP/CD4 APC and BD Multitest CD3 FITC/CD16 + CD56 PE/CD45 PerCP/CD19 APC (BD Biosciences, San Jose, CA, United States).
