Atr accessory
The ATR accessory is a device used in infrared spectroscopy to analyze the surface of a sample. It allows for the collection of infrared spectra without the need for sample preparation.

Solid and Solution FTIR Analysis of DF Na
For analysis of solutions, an aluminum slab was used to form a reservoir using vacuum grease. For each sample 32 scans were collected with a resolution of 4 cm -1 in the range of 4000 cm -1 to 600 cm -1 . The spectra collected were analysed using Opus software version 6.0 (Bruker Optics Ltd., Coventry, UK) and OriginPro 9.0.0 (OriginLab Corp., Northampton, MA, US).

FTIR Spectroscopy Using Attenuated Total Reflectance
(FTIR) spectra were collected in the wavenumber range of 600–4000
cm–1 using attenuated total reflectance technique
(PerkinElmer Spectrum 100 equipped with a Specac ATR accessory). 16
scans were collected at a resolution of 2 cm–1 at
room temperature.
About PubCompare
Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.
We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.
However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
