ND-646, enasidenib, and ivosidenib were purchased from Selleck Chemicals. All other chemicals including dox, AICAR, and TOFA were purchased from Sigma-Aldrich with the exception the following LC-MS solvents: HPLC-grade acetonitrile and water were purchased from Honeywell Burdick and Jackson, and LC-MS–grade formic acid was purchased from Thermo Fisher Scientific.

Manipulating T-B cell interactions

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
Co-cultures of Tfh cells and WT B cells were established as described above. On day 1 of co-culture, various blocking antibodies were added: either isotype control; or anti-CD80 (5 mg/mL) and anti-CD86 (5 mg/mL); or anti-PD-1 (20mg/mL); or anti-CD40L (20mg/mL); or anti-ICOS (5 mg/mL); or anti-Fas (5 mg/mL); or Enasidenib (IDH2 inhibitor; Selleckchem, #S8205, 1 mM). After 4 days at 37 C, B cell survival and proliferation were assayed as described above.

Venetoclax, AZD-4320, Navitoclax, ABT-737, AZD-5991, 5-Azacytidine (5-Aza), Etoposide and MK-571 were purchased from MedChemExpress (USA). Midostaurin, Gilteritinib, Ivosidenib and Enasidenib were acquired from Selleck Chemicals (USA). Reversan was obtained from Merck (Germany). Ethacrynic acid (EA) was purchased from Sigma-Aldrich (USA). All compounds were diluted in DMSO. Buthionine sulfoximine (BSO) was purchased from Merck (Germany) and diluted in ddH2O. For in vivo experiments, AZD-4320 was dissolved in 30% 2-Hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin (HP-β-CD, Merck (Germany) solution in ddH2O (3 mM stock).

About PubCompare

Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.

We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.

However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
