House dust miteprotein extract

Manufactured by Stallergenes Greer

House dust mite protein extract is a laboratory product used for analytical and research purposes. It contains proteins derived from house dust mites, which are a common source of allergens. The extract can be used for various applications, such as the development and testing of diagnostic tests or the study of allergic reactions. The core function of this product is to provide a source of house dust mite proteins for these types of scientific and research activities.

House Dust Mite Allergy in Mice

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
Mice were sensitized intranasally with 100 μg house dust mite
protein extract (D. pteronyssinus, Greer laboratories)
diluted in sterile PBS. One week following sensitization mice were
intranasally challenged with 10 μg HDM preparation five times over
consecutive days. Mice were euthanized on day 14 post sensitization, unless
indicated otherwise. Control mice received an equivalent volume of sterile
PBS at same time points.

About PubCompare

Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.

We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.

However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
