Simultaneous Immune Cell Profiling

Fresh tumor samples were minced and enzymatically digested with the tumor dissociation kit (Miltenyi #130-096-730) for 40 min at 37°C with agitation. The cell suspension was strained through a 100 μm strainer, spun down and resuspended in 2% FCS/PBS. Comprehensive Immunophenotyping of Bone Marrow Cell Populations
