Bovine serum albumin (BSA) was purchased from Carbochem Co., Ltd. (Jiangsu, China). Solutions of 0.5% KP188 and 0.1% Tween 20 in physiological saline (154 mM NaCl in H2O) and 0.5% BSA in PBS were prepared and frozen until use.
