Native AA of concentration 1004 µg/mL in methanol (99% purity) was purchased from Restek (Benner Circle, Bellefonte, U.S.) and labelled acrylamide (1,2,3-13 C labelled AA) (99% purity) of concentration 1000 µg/mL in methanol (+100 ppm hydroquinone) used as internal standard (IS) was acquired from Cambridge Isotope Laboratories (Andover, MA, USA). All solvents and reagents were of analytical grade, special for chromatography and were purchased from Merck (Darmstadt, Germany), LGC Promochem GmbH (Wesel, Germany), Alfa Aesar (Thermo Fisher Scientific, USA).
