Ld assay kit

Manufactured by Nanjing Jiancheng
Sourced in China

The LD assay kit is a laboratory diagnostic tool used to quantify the levels of lactate dehydrogenase (LD) in biological samples. LD is an enzyme found in various tissues and is often used as a biomarker for certain medical conditions. The kit provides reagents and protocols to measure LD activity colorimetrically or spectrophotometrically, allowing for the assessment of LD levels in the sample.

Serum TG and cholesterol were measured using the Chemistry Analyzer (Rayto Chemray800). Serum lactate, FFA, glycerol, insulin, and IL-13 were measured using the LD assay kit (A019-2; Nanjing Jiancheng), NEFA assay kit (A042-2-1; Nanjing Jiancheng), glycerol content assay kit (F005-1-1; Nanjing Jiancheng), mouse insulin ELISA Kit (CSB-E05071m; CUSABIO), and mouse IL-13 ELISA Kit (EK213/2; Multi Sciences), respectively.

The tissues were homogenized on ice as a 1:9 (w/v) dilution in 0.9% physiological saline. The homogenate was centrifuged at 2500 rpm/min at 4 °C for 10 min, and the supernatant was collected. Protein level was measured by Bradford assay. The LD assay kit and the LDH activity assay kit (Nanjing Jiancheng Bioengineering Institute, Nanjing China) were used to assess the LD content and LDH activity in tissues.

About PubCompare

Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.

We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.

However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
