MS was performed on a Thermo Fisher (Thermo Fisher Scientific, Franklin, MA, USA) LTQ Orbitrap XL hybrid mass spectrometer. Other equipment included a Multifuge X1R High-speed Centrifuge (Thermo Fisher Scientific, USA).
