A high-fat diet (no. 260HF; ~36% fat) and corresponding control diet (no. D-131; ~5% fat) with similar composition were procured from SAFE Diets, Augy, France. Yeast extract-peptone-dextroxe (YPD) medium (no. G037-500g), sulfosalicylic acid (SSA) solution (3%), and Benedict’s reagent were from HiMedia, India.
