Pe mouse anti human pd 1

Manufactured by BD

The PE mouse anti-human PD-1 is a fluorescently-labeled antibody that binds to the Programmed Cell Death 1 (PD-1) receptor on human cells. PD-1 is an important immune checkpoint protein that regulates T-cell activation and function. This antibody can be used for the identification and analysis of PD-1-expressing cells using flow cytometry or other immunoassays.

PBMCs isolated from patients with GCs or HVs were stained with the following antibodies: APC-Cy7 mouse anti-human CD8 (#555369, BD Biosciences), PE mouse anti-human PD-1 (# 563422, BD Biosciences), and PerCP-Cy5.5 mouse anti-human TIGIT (VSTM3, #372718, BioLegend). The molecular phenotypes of peripheral blood leucocytes were analysed immediately using flow cytometry (BD FACS Canto™ II). Samples were analysed using the FlowJo V10 (Tree Star) software.

Characterization of CAR-T Cells and Tumor Cells

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
Cancer cell lines and CAR-modified T cells were prepared according to the manufacturer’s instructions. The following monoclonal antibodies were obtained from BD Biosciences: phycoerythrin (PE)-mouse anti-human PD-1 (CD279), allophycocyanin (APC)-mouse anti-human PD-L1 (CD274), BB515-mouse anti-human IgG, V450-mouse anti-human CD62L, PE-mouse anti-human CTLA4 (CD152), APC-mouse anti-human CD27, APC-mouse anti-human CD28, PE-mouse anti-human TIM-3 (CD366), PE-mouse anti-human LAG-3 (CD223), and their IgG controls. After preparation, CAR-modified T cells and tumor cell lines were confirmed using the FACSCanto II flow cytometer and analyzed using CellQuest Pro (BD Biosciences) software.

About PubCompare

Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.

We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.

However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
