Mt4 cells
MT4 cells are a type of human T-cell line derived from the peripheral blood of a patient with adult T-cell leukemia/lymphoma. They are a widely used model for studying various aspects of T-cell biology and function.

SARS-CoV-2 and HIV-1 Pseudovirus Infection Assay
MT-4 cells (ATCC, Manassas, VA), target cells for HIV-1LAI.04, were cultured in RPMI 1640, 10% FBS, 50 μg/ml gentamicin and 2.5 µg/ml amphotericin B. HIVLAI.04 viral stock (Virology Quality Assurance Laboratory, Rush University, Chicago, IL) was quantified by p24 content.
Cell experiments were performed with 0.25% ENC, and recombinant ACE2 receptor (ACE2) and anti-SARS-CoV-2 S IgG (IgG) from Quantitative SARS-Cov-2 Neutralizing Antibody ELISA kit diluted 1:10 in 0.9 M NaCl.
About PubCompare
Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.
We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.
However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
