ICSI Protocol for Assisted Reproduction

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
ICSI was conducted as previously described (21 (link)). The women were subjected to controlled ovarian hyperstimulation using a standard long protocol. First, oocyte retrieval was performed 36 h after 250 µg recombinant hCG (Ovitrelle, Merck Serono, Switzerland) administration. Next, oocytes were treated with a G-morpholinepropanesulfonic acid (MOPS) medium (Vitrolife, Kungsbacka, Sweden). The embryos were then denuded with hyaluronidase using G-in vitro fertilization (IVF) PLUS medium (Vitrolife). Embryos were cultured in a G-1 medium (Vitrolife) in a desktop incubator (COOK Medical, Bloomington, IN, USA) for at least 3 days. Progesterone was used for luteal support.

Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection Protocol

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
ICSI was performed as previously described25 (link) with some changes. The wife of the patient underwent controlled ovarian hyperstimulation with a standard long protocol. For oocyte maturation, human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) was used. Oocyte handling was performed using G-morpholinepropanesulfonic acid (MOPS) medium (Vitrolife, Kungsbacka, Sweden). Oocyte denudation was performed with hyaluronidase using G-in vitro fertilization (IVF) PLUS medium (Vitrolife). Embryo culture up to day 3 was performed with G-1 medium (Vitrolife) in a desktop incubator (COOK Medical, Bloomington, IN, USA). For luteal support, progesterone was used. Clinical pregnancy was confirmed via two hCG tests conducted in 14 days following embryo transfer, where clinical pregnancy was defined as at least a visible sac detected via ultrasound screening after 30 days in Reproductive and Genetic Hospital at The First Affiliated Hospital of University of Science and Technology of China. The datasets of variants for this study can be found in the NCBI dbVar database (SUB7725323).

About PubCompare

Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.

We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.

However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
