A purified recombinant DNPEP sample was diluted to 0.44, 0.55, 0.73, 1.1, and 2.2 μg on a protein basis, and a partially purified chicken meat sample was diluted to 19 μg on a protein basis. A Vectastain ABC-AP Rabbit IgG kit (Vector Laboratories, Ltd., Burlingame, CA, USA) was used as a secondary antibody, and an alkaline phosphatase substrate kit (IV BCIP/NBT; Vector Laboratories, Ltd.) was used to detect the secondary antibody.
