Raw blue isg

Manufactured by InvivoGen

RAW-Blue ISG is a cell line engineered to report on the activation of the interferon-stimulated gene (ISG) pathway. The cells express a secreted embryonic alkaline phosphatase (SEAP) reporter gene under the control of an ISG promoter, allowing for the quantitative assessment of ISG induction.

DC2.4 cells were kindly provided by Prof. Kenneth Rock (University of Massachusetts Medical School) and cultured in RPMI 1640 (Gibco) supplemented with 10% fetal bovine serum (Gibco), 100 U/mL penicillin (Gibco), 100 μg/mL streptomycin (Gibco), 2 mM L-glutamine, 50 μM 2-mercaptoethanol (Gibco), 1x nonessential amino acids (Cellgro), and 10 mM HEPES (Invitrogen). B16-Blue ISG, THP-1-Blue ISG, and RAW-Blue ISG cells were purchased from Invivogen, and cultured according to manufacturer specifications. No authentication of the cell lines were performed by the authors. All cells lines were tested for mycoplasma contamination and grown in a humidified atmosphere with 5% CO2 at 37°C.

About PubCompare

Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.

We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.

However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
