Quantification of Endogenous IgG in Rat Eyes

To quantify the endogenous IgG, untreated rats were sacrificed, the eyes were enucleated and separated into two parts: vitreous/retina and choroid. Tear LDH, MUC5AC, and Serum IgG/IgE Levels
