Apoptosis Assessment in Lung and Intestine

The sections were observed with a fluorescence microscope, and representative fields were chosen for application. The cells were analyzed with a flow cytometry (ACEA Biosciences,Inc.). The sum of early and late apoptotic cell percentage was defined as apoptotic cell percentage.
