For all measurements, 300 μL
of the protein aggregate was collected and added into a 1 mm quartz
cuvette. CD spectra were acquired on a
J-1000 CD spectrometer (Jasco,
Easton, MD, USA). Three spectra were collected for each sample within
195–250 nm and averaged using
Thermo Grams Suite software (Thermo
Fisher Scientific, Waltham, MA, USA).
