The small-molecule thousand-and-one amino acids protein kinase (TAOK) inhibitor, N-[2-oxo-2-(1,2,3,4-tetrahydronaphthalen-1-ylamino)ethyl]biphenyl-4-carboxamide (referred to as compound 43)53 (link), was synthesized by SYNthesis med chem (Parkville, VIC, Australia), dissolved in DMSO, aliquoted and stored at −20°C under N2.
