Sybr premix ex taii

Manufactured by Takara Bio
Sourced in Japan

SYBR Premix Ex TaII is a pre-mixed solution for real-time PCR (qPCR) and reverse transcription-PCR (RT-qPCR) applications. It contains all the necessary components, including SYBR Green I, a fluorescent dye that binds to double-stranded DNA, and the ExTaq DNA polymerase, which enables efficient amplification of target sequences.

Total RNA was isolated from 3T3-L1 adipocytes and epididymal adipose tissue from mice using Trizol reagent (TAKARA, Ohtsu, Japan). Reverse transcription was performed using SuperScript III Reverse transcriptase and Oligo (dT) primer (TAKARA, Ohtsu, Japan). PCR amplification was performed with SYBR Premix Ex TaII (TAKARA, Ohtsu, Japan) using the Applied Biosystems 7500 Real-Time PCR System. Fold changes in expression were analyzed using the 2−ΔΔ Ct relative quantitative method. This Primers used in the study were included in Supplementary Tabel S1.

Cardiac RNA Extraction and qPCR

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
The RNAiso Plus (Takara, Japan) was utilized to extract total RNA from heart tissues for qPCR. Reverse transcription was performed using the PrimeScript RT Reagent Kit with gDNA Eraser (Takara, Japan). The SYBR Premix Ex Ta II (Takara, Japan) was employed for qPCR following the manufacturer's guidelines. The primer sequences can be found in Table S1. The cycling temperature for 40 cycles was adjusted to 95°C for 15 seconds, followed by 55°C for 15 seconds, and then 72°C for 15 seconds. β-Actin was utilized as an internal reference for control purposes.

About PubCompare

Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.

We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.

However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
