Protein Expression Analysis of Arterial Wall

Snap-frozen arterial wall or PVAT were pooled (n = 4 each group)
for the preparation of whole cell extracts in ice-cold lysis buffer and electrophoretically separated on 10% acrylamide/Bis-acrylamide gels.
