The horseradish peroxidase-conjugated secondary antibody was from Thermo Fisher Scientific. The signals were detected using the LI-COR/Odyssey infrared imaging system (LI-COR Biosciences). The results were quantitatively analyzed using ImageJ software (National Institutes of Health).
