The Cathepsin B inhibitor CA-074me (620106) was purchased from Peptide Institute, INC. Primary antibodies used for western blots were as follows: Caspase-8, Cleaved-caspase-3, Cleaved-capase-9, PARP, Bcl-2, Bid, JNK, phosphorylated-JNK, DR5, cleaved Caspase-3 (Cell Signaling); BAX (N-20) (Santa Cruz) and c-FLIP (ENZO life science). Primary antibodies against DR4 and DR5 for flow cytometry were purchased from eBioscience.
