Isolation and Characterization of Ivalin

Ivalin (>98%) was isolated from Carpesium divaricatum and identified by ESI-MS, 1H, and 13C NMR data [16 (link)]. CXCL13 Protein Expression Analysis

Sample proteins underwent separation via agarose- sodium dodecyl sulfate polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE), followed by transfer onto polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) membranes. The primers for KCNQ2 and b-actin were synthesized by Invitrogen (Shanghai, China). All drugs were dissolved in DMSO stock solutions and stored at 220°C before use. The stock solutions were diluted to working concentrations with saline or electrophysiological bath solution on the day of experiment.
